540 Tolls - Something we have to live with in western Wake.....

As you are well aware, the town has endorsed the orange route for many reasons.  However, as a result of this discussion, many are not happy that here in the western end of the county we must pay to use 540.   Many people have weighed in on Facebook that all the legs of this road should be tolled,  but there is a law in the North Carolina General Statutes which currently forbids this: § 136-89.187
